I was buying a birthday gift the sales associate showed a great slections

They talk to me about matching merchandise... and one looks good.. I am satisfied... I will be returning...

I'm not a person that enjoys shopping, because there are normally too many people. That being said, I walked into this store and an associate, Cynthia, immediately came over, greeted me and got my transaction and purchase accomplished. In. Out. Done.

The salesperson was very helpful, courteous, and very knowledgable on the products

She was a good customer service she know her job and she know all about Pandora.she make me buy more charms that I would want to buy that's how good she was.

I love Pandora. Every time I go into the store I want to splurge but I can't afford to. I love how different Pandora is from other jewelry stores and I love the different selections they have.

Despite the sale the sales associate was able to assist me within 5 minutes. The wait was no longer than 5 minutes. She knew what I was looking for was able to get everything I needed. The only reason why I would return the product is because it might fit the person too small. Other than that extremely satisfied.

I love the staff so attentive & know how to make you feel when buying something. Nastassia helped me with my exchange & choosing a few things for me.

Sales associate Stephanie V. @ The Mall at BayPlaza in the Bronx , was very knowledgeable . In fact I had not measured my granddaughters wrist prior to this purchase, and I wasn't sure of her wrist size . Stephanie asked me if I had a photo of my grand , I showed her pic and just from the pic she was able to size her wrist. Exceptional!!!!

The customer service was great The prices were good The items were great
