The service today was great! costumer service was outstanding !

The Sales Associate was very warm and friendly. Although, I had an idea of what I wanted, I asked the S.A. to see many charms, bracelets, and other jewelry. She never made me feel like she was annoyed. She engaged me in conversation, which made the selection and purchase really pleasant.

customer service was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. they made sure i was happy with my purchase. there was never a rush to get me to look at or purchase an item. i did have something in mind and they had it available and the quality of the product was fantastic.

Delilah offered her assistance as soon I walked into the store. I told her that I was looking for a Valentine's Day set and she showed me what the current offerings were. When I told her I was looking for something that was a bit more special, she helped me create the perfect set for my girlfriend.

I was very comfortable with the sale persons and the store. I will be returning within the next 2 days .

I would recommend pandora to anyone for any occasion. The customer service was very good and the vibes were great and positive and welcoming. The place was very clean as well.
