The salesperson, Cynthia, was very helpful, cheerful and personable. She was patient, offered suggestions and assisted with my decision making/choice of charm. I felt welcomed and my visit personalized.

Pandora's name speaks for itself. The merchandise is lovely. However the prices for the charms are very expensive. In order for a bracelet to look nice you have to spend at least $300, and this is for a basic bracelet.

The service I was given was beyond expectations..she was so kind and helpful.

She makes sure that we’re satified and makes the perfect recommendations. I really appreciate that she cleans our jewelry personally!
