I like this store because its close to home,but the waiting on line to enter the store was annoying. there wasn't enough staff for the line to move faster. when i asked the manager was she going to help move the line she reply that she was busy, but she didnt look busy

The sales associate Nastassia was very knowledgeable and pleasant. She was very patient when I inquired about so many charms. In my opinion she is an asset to your business when it comes to customer service. This was my first time shopping at this location, my first purchase was in New Zealand.

I liked how they prepare your order while your online outside the store. Its speeds up the process when you. get inside. When u get in the store u can just tell the sales associate what you want. It makes process seamless
