They always give me the best customer service and help pick out the best charms and give me there full attention and every time I go I leave there very satisfied and completely happy with my purchase they actually give me there full attention and are the best at helping me picking the best charms

The customer service rep was courteous and when asked about the charms we were looking for she found them quickly. We purchased 2 charms and at checkout she was kind and asked if I wanted it to be wrapped or not or if I wanted to have her add it to my bracelet. She also provided a white pouch for my bracelet, and explained that when I am not wearing it I should place my bracelet there. Overall a great experience with a friendly face.

I did not have to wait long to be seen. The sales associate was pleasant and professional. My jewelry was cleaned and it sparkled after.

I never have a problem at Pandora. This visit was at Bay Plaza and we had Stephanie helping us. She was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales person was warm welcoming, great sense of humor, very knowledgeable of the merchandise, as well as helpful with additional merchandise. And made the exchange experience extremely comfortable.
