The items I was seeking was available. The sale help was very caring/ helpful and my daughter really loved her gift I purchase- her first Pandora’s bracelet and charms.

Wait time was reasonable, line moved swiftly, representative was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Before entering the store I was given a catalog to kinda help speed up the process. Beautiful idea , it made the line waiting process seem shorter also the time I spent shopping shorter. By the time I got into the store I already knew what I wanted and it’s like it was there just waiting for me.
