Pandora Jewelry

Everything was great except they didn’t have one of the charms I wanted in stock. Also a charm I had bought from there broke and they didn’t do anything about it. But other than that I love pandora!

The rep. working the Rings counter was busy with another customer. She did show me the catalog in between helping the other customer, but they other customer was taking time. I had to approach another rep. for help and was told I would be helped shortly. I understand that given the other customer and I were standing close together we may have been mistaken as being together, but it still took some time for another rep. to come over even after I asked for help.

Sales associate was very rude, pushy, and disrespectful. She was very bland and pained that we walked into the store.

The sales associates had no customer service. The two ladies at the front were not welcoming. When I asked for help one of them ignored me and the other was hesitant to help me. She was not friendly and answered my questions with one word answers.

The associate did not acknowledge us when coming in the store. She seemed bothered when I asked her for a charm. She also declined to clean my bracelet and claimed that the mall almost closed.There were still about 40 minutes until the mall closed and she and stated that she was busy getting ready for an event for the next day. She totally ruined my happiness when going in the store.

There was no selection in the charms they were out of stock and the sales people did not know what they were doing it took 20 min to find a price
