I purchased $1500 Of merchandise and the sales associates didn’t even bother to give me a nice bag until I ask her and she didn’t even put the Tissue paper on the bag I asked her for the for two boxes because she didn’t even give me boxes for my jewelry so that’s quite annoying since I paid all that money I think I deserve at least a nice bag decorated and make a bow So feel special

I was looking for specific charms that were not available. The sales associate said they should be getting a new shipment in 2 weeks and to check then.

I wish there was more variety of products because I wanted to much more. They did have great customer service.

There was only one person on the floor and she didn’t even say I’ll be with u give me one second. I hade to ask if she was the only worker here was in a hurry to buy something

I was satisfied with store experience and customer service

one Charm I’m waiting for hasn’t been in store. They were pretty wiped of some charms.

There are new items every month and you will just keep on collecting the items.

I was satisfied with my experience. The sales girl was sweet and knowledgeable. I was not highly satisfied because their stock of charms was not very vast.
