Pandora Jewelry

I worked with Merritt today. I enjoyed her she asked to see my bracelet based on what she saw she made suggestions that actually lead to me making a purchase. She also let me know what items were on sale with the polices. We took my bracelet apart three times and she had no issue putting them in the order that I wanted. She was very paitent. I hope when i go back for the Disney collection she is there. Her customer service is A1.

The lady that helped me was very nice and kind but when I was about to leave I asked how much a jewelry box was and nobody knew it was a gift on purchases over $125 so I didn’t get mine. So I had to wait until they fogured out the promotion and I ended up getting one, more communication will be helpful, knowledge on the promotions and quick service.

I went to the store for a brand new Disney charm and it was in stock! I had thought to call ahead but was so thankful they had Mickey90 in stock. I decided to spend enough also for the cross body bag! I found a lovely safety chain to add to my bracelet as well!

First I would like to say is that I love pandora and you have nice staff but today the staff there was just great she helped me and and also gave me great ideas on how i can change up different charms and different bracelets I would highly recommend this store I love it here.

my mom just finished radiation for cancer and they were very nice. We lost our house in the fires and they took a lot of patience with us.

This store is very clean. The lady was very nice. She helped us with the exact pieces that we asked for.
