Our sales associate , Ashlyn, was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I have to say that all of the sales staff at the Valley View mall , in Roanoke, VA location is very nice and very helpful.

They were friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable. She answered all My questions and gave me different options when i told her what i wanted. I came back in the store later and they remembered my name.
