Lainey was very knowledgeable about the different charms and even tried to upsell new products. I love Pandora and her showing me new items, helped me learn about products I didn’t know about but now have on my radar to purchase soon.

I was able to call and complete the purchase over the phone. It was delivered just as described. There was no problem in taking my order for a charm that is only sold locally outside of where I live.
