The inventory was very low. Every item I wanted to as out of stock. I had to choose something I wasn’t pleased with. Just to leave with something from Pandora for my sister. It’s her birthday and she is a Pandora junkie. I couldn’t even get not even a birthday charm. Very very disappointed. The stores inventory was a ghost town.

The associate that help me had a nasty attitude I spend over $300 dollar on a gift and I also had a problem with a previous purchase and she only gave me a number for me to call

The girl nichole that works at sunrise mall in massapequa is extremely rude. She has a large attitude. If she dislikes her job there’s no need for her to be there and be rude to others. I thought it was possibly just me but I spoke with others about her and they also had the same issues and experience. I don’t know why she had to roll her eyes and give an attitude when I was friendly and just trying to make a purchase.

I was told to go to the store to have a bracelet fixed. When I got there the sales associate was very helpful. The “manager” was not helpful at all and was very rude and pretty much told me she wasn’t gonna help me at all just call Pandora which the customer service hours are terrible. I had to buy a new bracelet of a completely different style. This is my 3rd bracelet buying for my wife.

Yesterday 9/27/20 I went to the store (Sunrise Mall) and spent a considerable amount ($700). First, the lady that was helping me out seemed bothered over the fact that I was trying to buy something from the store. If she didn't want to work she should have stayed home!!! And then the manager stood right next to me almost the whole time I was at the store, not respecting social distancing protocol (she was 1-2 feet away), while she pretended to be looking at jewelry and her phone. I felt all she did was watch me, maybe she thought I was going to steal something? I felt harassed and disrespected !!! I strongly suggest you take your business somewhere else. When you are paying for a service/product you DESERVE to be treated with respect in SAFE and comfortable environment!

I spend almost 400 dollars and there it was supposed to have a gift when you spend 125 or more but the lady told me they did not have any

I had a problem with an online order the associate in store was completely rude and unhelpful I then called the helpline that I was given by the associate and I waited 40 minutes to speak with another completely incompetent representative who had no idea what she was talking about just for her to hang up on me.

After spending countless visits and purchases at this same location, I walked in without any acknowledgement (there were only two customers in the store). After I got the attention of someone, I let the sales associate know I had received a voicemail regarding a item that was meant to be replaced due to breaking, was retired and to come pick something else. The attitude and lack of effort trying to help me with a purchase I dealt with was very unnecessary as I had been waiting more than 3 weeks to hear whether they could order the same item from another location. The experience was terrible soley based on the employee who avoided helping me initially and then continued to have no patience during the whole transaction as she huffed and rolled her eyes.

Everytime i go into Pandora in Massapequa mall they aren’t helpful at all. No one said hello to me no one asked me if i needed anything, when i asked her for a particular item she looked as though she didn’t even want to help me, just opened the drawer closed it and told me no, i asked for a different size or what she had she rolled her eyes then pulled it out. I’ll be returning the items and i called bay shore pandora and their phone customer service for one associate is terrible she kept insisting they didn’t have a product that online said they had and one associate wanted to tell me yes and basically then turned around and said no. I work retail i get it it’s busy holiday time but there’s some different ways to handle things.
