I was in the store waiting for almost 35-40 minutes before being helped. A woman comes in maybe 20 minutes into me waiting and signs in. one of the saleswomen comes to me to tell me Im next. Then when she was don't with her customer she came to help me. The woman that came way after me then says I am VIP. She had said it once upon entering, but I had no idea what that meant. The saleswoman then says to me I have to take her because she is VIP, to which I replied that was acceptable. She rudely stated to me that the woman announced she was VIP. WHat does that mean to a person that has recently started shopping at Pandora. If that is your policy then you should make customers aware. I would have left had I known. There were only 2 associates in the store. You cant think it is fair to have someone waiting and then someone walks in and is able to skip them.

The personal where very unprofessional with each other talking about each other even when I was at the counter. One would not assist the other for helping a costumer who had just walked in. very poor people skills

I didn’t appreciate when asked if I could see a certain tray of charms that was not visible that I was treated like I was going to steal it. The sales person literally held the tray behind the counter which made choosing a charm challenging. If she is standing right there I wasn’t clear why the tray could not be placed in the counter. BTW I was with my 14yr old son

I was dissatisfied because I planned on paying with visa gift cards. Brand new cards so there should’ve been no problem. But system kept screwing up so I had to use cash which I was saving. Quite upset but it’s fine I guess

They used an iPad to check me out & they had WiFi issues it took 10-15 or probably longer to complete my transaction totally ridiculous if that is how you do transactions at least make sure you have adequate WiFi The sales girl was bit familiar with the product looked at me like I had three heads when ask for thus in ring that I showed her a picture of keep giving me totally different rings then what I wanted

Wrong price on a ring and she did not give it to me for that price. I do work in retail and when an item is marked at a price the customer should get it at that price. Also she did not remove wrong price from the item.

Pandora always has great merchandise and the prices aren’t terrible. However, waiting an hour to be helped to be in the store maybe five minutes was dissatisfying about my visit.

The inventory was so low, I asked for a birthday charm not a single one. I asked for chains only three. I wanted to know any nature charms not at all. In the end I wanted the Pandora bag but they didn’t even have that. I asked for a box I saw since it was a gift I was told no it’s display. So many boxes were there. I asked for a supervisor and manager to speak too, I was informed not here. I was not happy with the representative attitude. Not friendly and seemed annoyed.
