Associate was rude taking down my info for the wait line . She said it would be about 20 min wait . It was over 40 mins till I received a text to come back. They did not have the merchandise I was looking for . The girl did not know about any of the infinity products . I was unhappy with the service . But I still love pandora products so I'll still shop there I guess .

Products was what I was looking for and I was satisfied. Nothing was overly exceptional. I was happy with the purchase and will continue to shop at the store.

I was recently at your valley stream location and this is the store I shop at even though it is a 45 minute commute the workers there are very nice. The manager Corrine is very sweet. I went there to buy my mom her Christmas charm and the worker did not want to put the charm I bought under my account because it would take to long for her, I told her they always do for the customers record and she was doing a around about saying how it is for nothing and I told her I have two bracelets from you guys and they always put it under my account. I said one of them I spent 400 in this store. She was rude and annoyed her name was Jodie or Joyce she said she had to ask her manager and I said I have never had an issue with my purchases under my account. I wanted to complain to the manager about her laziness but it was busy enough.

saw adv. on TV free bangle with $125 purchase I spent about $450 was told the offer expired a couple of days ago but the new offer was a pandora ornament but they didn't have any left so I didn't get that either. The store was so crowded you couldn't move and after picking out everything I purchased I then had to wait on a line with about 16 people in front of me to pay. I was ready to walk out of the store. I was purchasing the Disney collection bracelet which they only had one for me to choose from in 8" and I purchased a bunch of charms for the bracelet and a safety chain for that bracelet and one for my other pandora bracelet also and I purchased a ring for my granddaughter and they had very few in the larger sizes to pick from. The sales girl was very nice and tried to accomodate us if it wasn't for her I would have taken my busines elsewhere.

The girls where nice however from a previous phone call I had asked if it would be ok to drop my bracelet off for a cleaning. She answered only certain days they do it I suggested I dont need it done today & I could gladly pick it up the days she suggested. They didnt seem to care & said no... what was the difference about that ?
