I walked into the store and no one greeted me. After some time browsing alone, which is atypical of pandora stores, I decided on an item and was ready to purchase. I stood there for some time and finally announced my desire to purchase, and was still ignored. Finally the store manager emerged from the back and asked if anyone needed help. She assisted me quite well and was very nice but the overal feeling in the store made me unhappy, and I don’t think I’ll be patronizing the location again.

When I went they did not have what i wanted in stock so I went to the Roosevelt Field store which they were out of stock and size. I waited a couple of days and went back to check and they had my size in stock.

The sales associate seemed like she could care less about my exchange. I didnt feel like I receiced adequate help in finding new charms. It seemed like I found the charms on my own by looking in the case. The woman taking names at the door was very very friendly and easy to deal with. She was definitely an asset to this store, not the sales associate.

The service wasn't that great because of how crowded it was. The prices of the rings I thought were a little extra. Workers weren't so friendly either.
