Although the associate who was helping me was extremely helpful and friendly, the manager she asked for guidance was not as pleasant. I was disappointed that a number of pieces I was looking for were not available in the store and one had possibly been discontinued.

I had to visit 2 Pandora stores to get something I was looking for. I did not get the ring I was looking for. This store did have more stock than the store in Roosevelt Field Mall. They were out of all birthday charms. I find that unacceptable. I was able to get the birthday charm here but not the ring I wanted.

The merchandise I was shown was not the same as another customer which was buying the same thing. I felt that I was being discriminated again because of my different in skin color.

Small store, very crowded. I get it, it was the day before mother's day but staffing should be increased to alleviate the hour's wait we had. There were a dozen or so people behind us online. Every few minutes someone would leave due to the long wait. Order online and pick up in the store would be a great option.
