Pleasant visit to the store. There really wasn’t a long line only about 15 minutes. Once I was inside my Rep was more than helpful and patient with me while I chose my items. Very good customer service.

Caitlyn was very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. She took her time with me and never rushed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Shopping for family can be stressful, during the holiday season. Especially when your a professional procrastinator, like myself. Nevertheless, having a helpful knowledgeable, friendly, sales associate and staff made the experience worthwhile.

I was highly satisfied with the overall finish product after selecting pieces. It would have been nice to have a rep involve suggesting or whatever but it was a nervous moment and i just wanted some calming. But i was happy with my selection
