some of the items i wanted were not in the store, sizes of rings limited

I came in to the store with my mother. She was getting some things for my sister in law. Which she did. I was going to get some things for myself but I changed my mind. Because the other stuff acted like they didn't want to wait on me. So I decided not to buy a ring.

I have a problema because its dificulti browse all the charms and brazaletes

In the Queens NY locations that I have visited they offered to clean my jewelry for me. I had to ask for it to be done. Plus in the Queens NY they gave me brand new merchandise. I didn’t feel these were brand new. They looked like they had be used a few times to try on or display. This is why I asked for them to be cleaned. Although the sales person was nice and knowledgeable she went TOO fast she needs to slow down when she’s speaking to customers. I don’t think she was doing this to be rude I think it’s just how she is naturally. Plus there was a slight confusion in bracelet size but we worked it out. There was also a problem with the machine taking my debit card. That was annoying but again we worked it out. Overall I was satisfied.

Went with my daughters looking for something for her achievements in school didn’t find anything for honor roll but they found something they love. Thanks for making 2picky girls happy

Why I was not sastified because they did not have the charm I was looking for.

The store was VERY crowded and very busy. There was a sign in sheet that some of the sales associates were using to assist customers but some were not which cause some confusion

I don't like silver. I like the gold or rose. And is sad that you have only a few things. More on the silver. Many charms are just for kids. Please make more for us big people ;) I want a rose bracelet and only one for the charms I want... only one? Wish for more. You have so many on silver. Please more in rose or gold. I want more charms but now I can't find more for the rose bracelet I got. Thanks

The wait was very long to get into the store. The products are very expensive. The assistant I was assisted by was not very friendly.
