I had purchased a Poetic Bloom bracelet a couple of years ago. Within the 1st year of owning it, it broke. I brought it back to store & it was replaced. A little over a year later, the replacement Poetic Bloom broke. When I brought it back, I was told being my original purchase was over a year ago, it could not be replaced. I purchased a new bracelet...not Poetic Bloom. I was told Poetic Bloom is no longer available. I’m wondering if that’s because others were having same problem as me.

The only reason I was not HIGHLY satisfied with this visit is because I was looking to purchase several silver charms for my bracelet, but, unfortunately, they had all been discontinued.

The sore was good lighting. Sales associate was kind & knowledgeable.I was not please with the small amount of family selection.

The store was great but unfortunately I received a bracelet from another store as a gift and after 2 months it broke and this store wouldn’t exchange it for a new one. It’s an inconvenience to have to travel further out to the original store for a new one.

I was look for a particular charm that I saw online and I went to three other stores and they had none in stock so I was not happy.

A few of the charms that I wanted to purchase were not in stock. I bought them online to get the discount but I wasn't able to use my $10 off $100 purchase. The website kept giving me an error. If the merchandise was in the store I would've been able to use it.

The only complaint I have is that you guys got rid of the booklet with the selection of everything that you guys had. Otherwise Sue helped me find what I was looking for. She was very nice and helpful with finding what I needed.
