I have been purchasing charms for my bracelet for a few years now, but you have, virtually, no charms with purple/lavender in/on them any more. I have been making purple and lavender the main focus of that bracelet, but it's becoming more and more difficult to find any more to complete it. There were only two in the whole store, and one of them looked more magenta than purple.

It wasn’t the Cashier’s fault, but the computer took a while to process my payment, and I was limited with time.

This is not a reflection on the empoyees in the store but rather on the store’s policy. Only two customers were permitted in the store at a time. We were made to wait outside in line for 25 minutes until we were permitted to come in and look due to your company’s policy on Covid-19. There were very few customers but if only two can come in the entire store you will never make money. This type of shopping can take a little longer to pick the right piece, handle the transaction and leave. I will never wait that long again. Everyone wants to keep each other safe and healthy but this policy is overkill and ridiculous. The mall and store itself were a ghost town, just myself and two people looking one of whom bought nothing, and I can see why. Retail will never flourish again unless we can handle business and shop with greater flexibility and ease.

Well the product i ordered online seemed like a cheaper version of what's in store the clerk was not very friendly and she tried to make me pay an extra 6 dollars because the item was not on sale in the store

I was satisfied, however due to Covid 19 I had to wait outside the store for approximately 20 minutes, and some of the customers behind me left the store. I think there could have been another sales associate inside the store. People are usually in a rush and its can be difficult for some to stand and wait. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my sales person. She was very patient with me and helped me decide by showing me different options. I was pleased with my purchase when I left because she took the time I needed to decide what looked best with my bracelet. I was not rushed and left happy.

The staff is very friendly, they make you feel welcomed. The store is extremely cleaned, you feel comfortable being the only person shopping. Great customer service, can’t wait to go back.
