One of your lovely associates by the name of Jessica Argueta went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect ring. She has an incredible amount of patience, greeted and treated me as if I were family and made sure I did not leave that store until I was completely satisfied with my purchase. There needs to be more employees like Jessica. I hope this store recognizes her hard work and dedication because she deserves it. I do not usually shop from Pandora but I am a fan now because of Jessica. I am in love with my ring! Thank you Jessica!

The lady,Jessica, who assisted me on the visit made this experience problem one of the best shopping experiences for me. I rarely like to go out and shop and this is actually my second time being there and being helped by jessica and it's just always a pleasure and she will recommend and show me anything i want and truly makes the experience much easier for a guy looking for a gift for his girlfriend. Your stores do not have the best WiFi. It makes it difficult using the afterpay app. Also that particular store is a bit tiny.

The associate were being unfriendly and was rushing through my time there, so i couldn't enjoy completely my shopping. She was really not a good experience
