Even though I only went in for a gift, I was so pleased with Jessica's knowledge and assistance that I wound up purchasing over $300.00 worth of beautiful items. She was even kind enough to order an item for me and will call when it comes in. They also were completely comfortable in cleaning my other bracelet and charms. I feel she went above and beyond in a timely, professional fashion in a time when no one likes to go that route! Thank you for asking.

Sunrise mall's pandora store is way friendlier than Roosevelt Field Mall. I will tell everyone I know. Roosevelts sales personnel the last time I was there did not work together like Sunrise location. Roosevelt was busy at the time I went yet the sales people with the manager were taking a mannequin picture of each other.
