I called in advance to see if a certain charm was in stock. They had it and found it immediately when I arrived. They shinned it up and wrapped it for a gift.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.the item purchased was of excellent quality. The jewelry displays were easily accessible.

The sales girl was very nice, let me take my time to pick out a charm for my mom, gave me many suggestions. I did ask if you had one available for Alzheimers, as my mom suffers from this, but you don't . It would be great if you could make one for this cause, I'm sure many other people would enjoy/like/want this one as well. Thanks

Sales help were friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. They let the sale unfold rather than push too hard to make it. I will be a loyal shopper at this location.
