We waited several minutes for someone to assist us because the other two associates were helping other customers. It would have been nice for the associates to at least acknowledge we were waiting and reassure us that our patronage was noticed/appreciated and that they would be with us shortly. Finally our associate came up to us but did not ask immediately how to help and instead just said "are you ready?" Once we said we wanted to purchase a bracelet set her demeanor and tone changed and she became very helpful.
