Since there was a Memorial Day sale the store was extremely busy and yet the sales associates were organized and efficient. I was purchasing numerous charms as gifts and the sales girl was very intuitive and helpful. They all had smiles on their faces.

The attentiveness of the staff in offering assistance. The knowledge and patience received from the sales associate was amazing with it being my first pandora bracelet. Eventhough it was close to closing time you would have never known, she did not rush us we had her full, undivided attention and she stayed with a smile.

Taylor was very friendly and she made me feel special. I walked in because my husband was elsewhere looking at phone cases and saw something I really thought was cute. I decided to buy it on the spot. Taylor was very sweet, helpful and happy. She wrapped my bracelet and charm very special even though it was for myself. I would definitely come back to shop when she is there. I did not have a good experience at the Roosevelt Field store.
