Taylor at the Massapequa location was awesome! She was very upbeat and friendly and determined to find the perfect gift for my grandmother. She offered positive recommendations and really listened to what I wanted. She is the epitome of great customer service.

The salesgirl was very friendly. I asked for a specific item and she brought it to me. Had to try the item on and she was very helpful. I enjoyed my experience in that store.

I really like the opportunity to shop prior and put what I like on hold. That was what I had done, (first time doing so) and coming in on a sale day can be overwhelming with so many people, however I was greeted immediately and the associate found my order hold quickly too. As I was about to pay, I saw something else and the manager immediatley acted to help and another purchase was made! Great team work

The store was small and very crowded but the sales rep was very friendly and helpful.She explained the promos to me which made me buy even more!!!!
