I've been saving my money to purchase 2 Christmas charms. There was a lovely selection, and I chose 2 that look so nice on my bracelet. The sales associate, Demetria C., was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She also took the time to rearrange the charms on my bracelet, so they looked the best.

the sales clerk, Joanna, was very helpful. She brought out numerous selections to satisfy our goal. my wife changed her mind several times because everything was so beautiful. Joanna was very patient and brought several items out again when my wife thought about changing her mind.

I brought my daughters bracelet in to be cleaned so I could purchase her a new baby charm. When I dropped off the bracelet the salesperson was very helpful.
