Pandora Jewelry

I had had a problem several days ago using the validation code for a $10 coupon I had earned last December. As a result, I asked the sales associate to hold the charms I had picked out until I could get that problem resolved. When I FINALLY got that taken care of, I returned to the store to try again. The new validation code worked, I was able to purchase all 3 charms I had picked out, and they, now, look lovely on my bracelet.

I wanted to purchase a charm for a waitress who has been serving me for years at a local diner. I looked on-line at the Pandora site for a January birthstone charm only to discover they are back-ordered. So I went to the Westfield Mall store in Massapequa in an attempt to find something that was appropriate. I was met by a lovely saleslady, Katherine E., who immediately located the item I was looking for originally. Apparently just because they were unavailable on-line did not mean the store stock was depleted! So I was able to purchase the item I wanted originally. She was knowledgable, cheerful and was able to complete my transaction within 10 minutes. I intend to return to the store soon to make additional purchases for my niece.

My salesperson sue..provided awesome customer service..she gave really good suggestions on charms.. very knowledgeable and made this a great experience for me.i appreciate all of her help and would be sure to return to this exact location to purchase more items and look forward to working with sue in the near future

The lady who helped me was very nice and patient. They cleaned all of my jewelry super fast. There wasn’t a lot of people there.
