I went Pandora for a specific purchase. I had such a great experience plus they had a free bangle promotion I decided to buy more jewelry. I was really happy I did that because some of the pieces I purchased were last chance pieces and they were thankfully in stock at the store.

My mesh Pandora Reflexions bracelet had a piece that broke off. It was sticking up and scratching me. The sales associate seemed new but VERY helpful. She doubled checked before she misinformed me on anything she wasn't too sure about which I really appreciated. I was also happy to see someone of color in that store. I was able to exchange the bracelet without any hassles or problems. I forgot that I wanted the PANDORA Care Kit. I was very happy to be able to purchase it.
