Salesperson Caitlyn’s service and knowledge was exceptional. This was my first purchase of a Pandora Bracelet and her attention to my “likes” helped her locate the perfect bracelet for me. She made a experience where I could have felt nervous or naive completely enjoyable.

Never having been to a Pandora Store before, I didn't know what to expect other than by being exposed to other's Pandoras' jewelry collections. I was immediately greeted by Caitlyn U, who had a friendly ease about her that was contagious. She was able to take my few sentences about what my tastes were and transcribe them into the perfect bracelet/charms combination. I couldn't be happier and cannot wait for the next time I am ready to add to my collection. I know just who I will be looking for!

The staff is always very pleasant and knowledgeable. If they are not available immediately to help you, they will acknowledge your presence and ask you to please wait. Very helpful and are always displaying several pieces - showcases are always very well laid out sparking clean.

I was in a rush and kyra was very accommodated and got me in and out quick My daughter knew what she wanted before we got there and Kyra was able to locate the ring and size within minutes and get us on our way

The girl helping me was extremely nice, struck up a conversation with my sister and I in regards to the bracelet we picked out for our moms birthday and we were in and out!

I was greeting warmly upon arriving. I informed the clerk what I was looking for and she promptly displayed the merchandise and went over the distinguishing features of the charm I was interested in. Overall, it was a quick and friendly transaction - just the way I like it!
