The associate was knowledgeable in the various charms and jewelry. She even took the time to show us the new ocean collection when requested. She was super nice throughout the whole process.

This is the normal store I visit and purchase thing for my pandora collection. The staff always greets me with my first name and they know my likes. I always feel welcomed and I am always taken care of with the upmost respect.

This is my very first Pandora charm bracelet. My fiancé bought it for me as a gift. I got help from Mariah C. She was super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first purchase in the Pandora store, we were indecisive and going back and forth a lot. Mariah was happy and patient to make sure we have the things that we really wanted. Hello, I just purchased my pandora bracelet to replace my old one which clasp keeps opening up by itself. The sale girls were very helpful and patient and extremely professional. The sale girl that helped me knows the products she was selling. She explained how different clasps are different. It helps me decide which one is suitable for me.
