Absolutely loved this store. Went to the store in San Marcos to look for the essence bracelet and the lady tried on the bracelet on herself and said it would fit me because it looks like we have the same arm size but when I came to this San Antonio store Sandra helped me with everything but one item because it was out of stock. I got 4 reflexions charms, the reflexions bracelet and essence bracelet and she tried them both on me. I would have loved for this to be my store but I live in Houston and they don’t treat me like that where I live. I will definitely be coming back on my next trip to San Antonio!!

The sales associate I had, Maxine was amazing! She was so helpful and so nice and sweet. She’s everything a sales associate should be! She even let me try on her ring to see size difference!

THE STORE IS BRIGHTLY ILLUMINATED WITH THE MERCHANDISE AND ITS PRESENTATION/DISPLAY. ANGIE GREETED ME WITH A SMILE AS SOON AS I ENTERED. SHE TOOK CARE OF MY QUESTION ABOUT BROKEN CHARMS (NOT WORKMANSHIP RELATED) AND WAS HELPFUL IN MY SELECTION FOR MY WIFE'S BRACELET. SHE SHOWED ME THE CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT OM DISPLAY AND THE CHARM INSIDE AND I BOUGHT THAT TOO.
