I love the selection of merchandise. It was a great customer service. With a lot of knowledge of everything.

The associate who helped me was Sandra. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a tool to help me with the clasp on my bracelet, as I was having trouble opening it. Sandra showed me how to use it and explained the process of cleaning and polishing my jewelry. I also saw a bracelet I loved, and she put it aside for me to come in to purchase it on Thursday. She was nice and friendly, and also very knowledgeable!

Delilah, the sales associate, was very friendly and helpful.

Lauren was so great! I was feeling insecure about how I make decisions. I had to have all the merch out, wear multiple brackets, and she even let me try on her bracelet. She didn’t make me feel bad at all for having to have everything on and out. Thank u Lauren for making my birthday shopping so special. She was so knowledgeable.
