The associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. I personally quit going to this location years ago. My husband still purchased here for my gifts though. Years ago you had some salty older lady (i think she still works there luckily she didn’t take care of me) telling me I needed to clean my own bracelets at home. I was put off. I have 3 almost full bracelets they may just be silver and not gold but that’s still thousands of dollars I’m sure. You all provide the service of cleaning don’t tell me you don’t want to do it because I should be handling it myself at home. But this associate today was very nice and got my bracelets all squared away.

I’ve been going to this store for almost 10 years. We exclusively shop here due to the staff and overall atmosphere. Overall, the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go the extra mile is what keeps us coming back.

I went in to purchase a safety chain and clip for my bracelet. I hoped to get a charm for London, but that was not available. My sales associate, Maxine, was engaging and helpful.
