I was taken care of by Michele who was extremely personable. She had a very good knowledge of the product and had her own personal collection which she shared. We were taken care of in a courteous and professional manner. She made us feel good about the purchase left us with a warm feeling.

Michelle treated me with such great service! She took the time to hear my needs and took care of my wants! She cleaned the jewelry I was wearing without me asking. She treated me like I was the only person in the store, no rush. Love her! Thanks so much for giving so much but really doing so little! We need more Michelle’s at stores during this time of year. She is the poster child for exemplary customer service! All new associates need to be trained by her, no exceptions. We don’t care how long we wait to make a purchase if we are greeted with such treatment. You really can turn a shopping trip into a unique experience. Thank you Michelle!

The sales person had knowledge. She told me how to clean my bracelet. She showed me different sizes in the same bracelet.

Well my wife been asking for Pandora for sometime. So I decided to stop by the store and see what they had and I bought some merchandise for her for Christmas. On Christmas day she was so surprised and so happy that she finally has something from Pandora.
