I called beforehand and the saleslady was very friendly and helpful. She set aside the pieces I ordered. She assisted me finding additional pieces when I arrived.

I love the quality bracelet , charms etc all products are nice .

The line outside moved ok. Older customers may have to order on line because they got tired . Including my self at 71yrs.
