Victoria, the representative I met with was overly helpful and knowledgable about the issue I needed assistance with. She was very patient to help me find the correct bracelet and so kind and accommodating about everything. She even fitted my niece for a necklace as well. I felt so appreciated and validated. She offered other merchandise and explained why she thought they would be good options for me. I was just really impressed with how helpful she was!!!

I was not expecting to purchase anything more than what I had been given as a gift. To my surprise, I was greeted swiftly, treated kindly and ended up purchasing more than I initially planned to.

Tania was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me & made my purchase really pretty. I told her it was for someone special and she understood the assignment. Taya was also amazing as well. Despite the store closing, she still cleaned my bracelets with great conversations from both of them. Only asking for them two whenever I return, never experience that level of customer service before.

My salesperson Kayla was very knowledgeable of the products. I wanted a gift for my sister birthday and she was very patient. I ended up getting her a personalized charm and Kayla did a wonderful job.

Kayla M was an amazing associate! I was telling her about a visit to Woodbridge pandora and. They refused my return, which I believe was based on how much it was, they told me they could not use the email receipt. We explaining that they can use the email receipt they still turned me and my mother away. I was very frustrated that I had to go to another location but Menlo Park greeted me with out open arms and were so kind to take the return. I will never go back to Woodbridge. Thank you Kayla you’re fabulous!!!!!!

I came in to exchange a ring for a smaller size. I ordered it online and Woodbridge did not help me. Christina at Menlo was so nice and accommodating. She was able to switch the ring for a smaller size. My girlfriend is so happy. Thanks Christina T

I love pandora I go there all the time. I feel like their service was great. I got my bracelets cleaned quickly and I was able to purchase my new bracelet as well with excellent service.
