The service was excellent but the wait time was way too long.

I purchased $150 worth of merchandise so I could get the free ring (10/22). When I got home (I live 2 hours away) the ring was not in my bag. I called the next day (10/23), the manager advised they would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I called again today (10/24), spoke with another manager, the ring is no longer in stock. She assured me she would call back and "try" to get me the ring by the end of the week.

I walked into the store and waited to be service an African American female greeted me along with the individual she was training. She told us we’d be helped in a minute when someone became available. We were in no rush but I thought we’d be serviced soon. Sandy a Caucasian female looked at us and never greeted us but insisted to help all customers who came after us . When I asked her about she got very defensive and told me I could leave or continue to wait. Not to mention all the customers she helped were Caucasian or of a lighter skin tone . She was very rude and nasty. She actually hurt my feelings . I came in to get my sickly grandma ear rings she’s been asking a bout and sandy made it the worst experience ever. I have never been racially profiled and I’m extremely sadden by this because I love pandora .

the manager sandy always gives me a hard time and she is very nasty all the time she would not help me on 2-11-23 she said you said the last time that me sandy is nasty I’m not helping you any more and sandy said don’t shop here any more if I’m nasty I’m a manager I can do what I want go to macys the big manager tie at menlo mall in Edison New Jersey pandora don’t care she sticks up for her I complained so many times to tie and she just gives me a run around sandy said we’re good friends me and tie will stick up for me and sandy does the same thing over and over she should not be a manager sandy my 5 daughters always shop at that store no more pandora

Sandy the manager in pandora in the menlo mall should be fired she was very nasty a lot of times talking to my wife Ann.s she has told my wife not to shop there any more and that she will not take care of her any more sandy is a manager in that pandora who does she think she is my wife complained to the big manager there tie so many times and tie did not want to be bothered she always sticks up for sandy all the time me my wife and my girls don’t want to shop at pandora any more we don’t need to be abused by sandy any more tie saw that sandy Said she would not help my wife and tie just ignored it and said nothing tie did not care

While in line I was reprimanded by the line manager for standing near the entrance, keep in mind the wait was well over an hour. The conversion was more important than the quality of my visit. Sales Manager Merarari was extremely rude and unpleasant the entire time of the purchase. Finally when it was my turn to purchase Merrari seemed completely disinterested in me. She kept asking if I was done after every single item I looked at. You could see it in her face she wanted nothing to do with this transaction. She continuously told me she didn’t have items I was interested in without even the effort of double checking. It honestly felt like I was begging for the items I purchased, there was no help, she did not want to show any of the collections, and continued to rush my purchase. If it wasn’t for Christmas and the absolute need to purchase these items I would have left. I asked for her not to close the bags and her comment was the tape on the bags is not super glue. Comments like this were the norm throughout the interaction. I highly recommend if you are in need of purchasing pandora use the website online and avoid the Menlo Park mall location at all costs.

The store manager in Menlo Park mall tie is a sweetheart and has a wonderful mannerizon sweet as sugar and always helps me she is a #1 manager also Michele the manager is also a sweetheart also helps me sometimes

La representante de ventas se mostró indiferente. Pésima atención al cliente. No me ayudó en lo absoluto, me apresuró a tomar una decisión del producto que yo quería comprar. Espere casi una hora para entrar a la tienda y la muchacha que me atendió parecía que quería que me fuera del lugar, no me dejó ni pensar que queria comprar, nunca más volveré a comprar en esta tienda, al menos no en Menlo Park Mall.
