spent an awful lot of time in a line outside store as store did not have sufficient staff. COVID protocols were in place which was fine but then only 2 staff members, one of which was on break. significant line outside store. Quakerbridge store much much better.

Need more workers they had us outside the store waiting to long

Charms I was looking forward to buying, were not available in this store

There were so many charms I wanted that were not available. Also, there are not enough charms for the reflexions line. Also the associate had an attitude in the beginning

Did not have a lot of items in stock. Didn’t seem like the staff had a lot of suggestions or knew where items were located.

The section of charms was very limited. There were not many to choose from and I have 2 different bracelets the reflection bracelet and the regular charms. There were not many for either

I’m simply satisfied, the line waiting was a little irritating. Everything else was perfectly fine. Workers were really helpful and friendly.
