the Sales Person gave me the wrong size and i believe it was because my wife' size was not available.

I was overall pleased with the service I received with the exception of the having to wait online outside of the store.

I did not receive a pandora cloth pouch to keep my bracelet in.

The wait time was to long to get in the store

Your ad says free bangle til the 13th but not true. You should not run the ad if no longer available. Good thing you have great sales person. Hate the line! But I guess it's Xmas !
