One I am a first time buyer from Pandora, I'm fairly new to the charm bracelet club. Second, I'm wasn't so sure ag first what to do exactly about my issue w my bracelet I when I went I recently the store associate where so kind to me & made sure I was a satisfied customer. Third, I Love it so much I have to get a matching one for my mom, it's only right.<3
