The petite young woman who assisted me in finding a gift for my 15 year old sister was extremely helpful! She was able to show me two charms i was interested in, the passport one and also the Bruno the Unicorn charm. She was super helpful during checkout, made it speedy, and i appreciated her being so warm and welcoming! Thank you!

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Sandra Y (149555). I asked for a particular charm (the mickey mouse heart) and she led me right to it. While making my purchase I told her about a charm I wanted to get for my mother and she informed me that in May new charms and sales will be debuting. She was so helpful and nice and I really appreciated her help.
