Sales associate happily helped me with an issue I had with a charm and exchange a bracelet for my correct size.

First of all, It was my first time at a Pandora store and I came by chance without having planned it. I am very pleased because the associate was a very nice person. She made me feel very welcome and offered to help me and show me any piece I would like to see. So I bought my first ring from Pandora.

I was really satisfied with my experience today I was helped out by an employee called Deb she was so nice and so knowledgeable, she deserves the best!

I described a commercial that I had just seen and the item that I was looking for. The associate was unfamiliar with it, but quickly checked online and we watched the commercial together via her laptop. Based on viewing the ad together we were able to accurately identify the item, and I purchased it! She was very helpful and patient with me. My thanks to Jasmine and her manager!

I went in to browse not thinking that I would be purchasing anything, but Lupe is amazing! She let me look through everything at my own pace and she suggested the most amazing pair of earrings to go with my necklace. She also took her time cleaning my items. She is freaking awesome!
