The sale representative that helped me name is Gwendeline G and she is extremely patient with me and my wife. She patiently answered all of our questions and showed us all the different inventory we requested to see before we purchased the three rings from Pandora. I am really happy with the customer service because Gwendeline G has a smile on her face through out the whole process.

Me and my boyfriend was at Stoneridge mall and when we pastes by we saw the Guardians of the Galaxy collection! We both absolutely love the collection and I wanted the ring so bad. They didn't have my size 8.5 but we purchased the 7 in order to return to get my correct size. We left a number and I'm waiting the call!

The sales associate Gwendeline G No 208838 was excellent! The location 1072 Stoneridge Mall, Gwedeline had a greeting sprit! Smiling very knowledgeable about the various charms. She went the extra mile to clean my disgusting 🤢 filthy bracelet and brought my bracelet back from looking dull to sparkling clean. Gwen educated me on how to care for my pandora bracelet. When I return in the next 30 days I will definitely make another purchase. I’m sure I will be due for a cleaning too! Thank you so much! I was shopping for my twin daughter's birthday and the sales associate was extremely helpful. There was a special buy two get one free event so I even got to get something for myself. I was also able to get my bracelet cleaned while I was there.
