There was only 1 sales associate and she spent all her time on one person that was in there, and I ended up waiting about 15 minutes before I was helped with my purchase. By the end of my transaction the store was fairly busy with people waiting. She also was not friendly and seemed annoyed with my business.

I brought my bracelets in to get cleaned and they had misplaced them and couldn’t find them for a few minutes. It made me very anxious and considering that it was a several hundred dollars for my bracelets. It was two bracelets and ten charms. Thankfully they ended up finding them.

I'm big fan of pandora. I have smooth chain and visited the shop to buy radiant hearts clip. The sales person was too busy because there are many other customer. So I felt like the sales person little hurry to make me decide to purchase and didn't give me the sillicon ring for the clip. So I needed to ask for that. I also heard other friends didn't receive the sillicon ring either at other shop. It seems like the sillicon(or rubber) ring is not that expensive. I hope pandora will be more generous to offer that to the customers.

I waited for the assistance of an associate for a long time. The store was busy at that time. I think the store associate should tell me how long I have to wait while I am waiting.

Not enough personal, personal was not very friendly, short on options and on merchandise. It was my first time being in that store buying a gift and they seem to rush me so I can make a decision.

The sales associate wasn’t the best in my opinion wasn’t nice and just seem to not wanna be there they were not rude just wasn’t great :(

I started buyin Pandora for my wife 5 years ago - it is now a tradition to find new charms when we travel, and she has a triple-wrapped bracelet, ear rings, and a necklace with loads of charms. I must have spent $10k, minimum with your firm, all across the world. So, when the ‘50’ charm that my mother-in-law bought for her this fall on occasion of her round birthday broke apart, and when the center charm with a semi-precious stone in her necklace recently came apart, I thought ‘no problem’, I will take care of that for her. Big mistake! Together with an associate, the young ‘acting store manager’ subjected me to a lecture on ‘why it wouldn’t be fair to other customers if they processed my return without a receipt’. What did they think? That I had stolen and broken the two charms? They are OBVIOUSLY original, so why are you hassling me? Just replace that which is broken. Immediately. And with an apology for the merchandise breaking! For a high-end retailer, you totally missed the mark, and I will do what I can to end our tradition of buying Pandora, and will certainly actively recommend others look elsewhere, in light of this shoddy service. It was like being back in Denmark!

Upon opening, only 2 associates were working and they were with a customer for about an hour.. They didn’t even apologize for the hour long wait.. Did not greet customers as they were walking in the store.. Not very friendly and didn’t know much about the Spring collection, I had to get a book and point merchandise out..

Jennifer was extremely nice, patient, and helpful! I am glad she was working that day because previously she informed me about a return/exchange on a broken safety chain. She spent a lot of time helping me even though I was indecisive. Thank you for your wonderful customer service because of you, I will be coming back very soon for the sale this week! :)
