There were limited service and a bit of crowdedness. The sale items were also not labeled and we had to wait for an assistant to be available in order to inquire about the select styles on sale. A lot of the rings I was interested in were not available in my size.

the associate came off a little rude. i felt rushed. she didnt take time to make sure my bracelet were the right size. i came home with a bigger size.

Very good customer service, found what I needed quickly

I went to the store looking for an orange charm. I was told they didn't carry any orange charms anymore. I then tried to find any kind of baseball charm, the store doesn't carry this either. The sales associates continued to help me find a charm to get for my friend. They knew I wanted a charm and were kind and helpful through the entire process.

Even though I like collecting pandora charms and rings. I find that the price is not in line with my budget. I go to visit my family in Oregon and am excited to buy a charm because I don’t pay a sales tax! That to me is a savings in itself.

I was able to find the charms I wanted. I was also able to purchase another charm that had fallen off. And they offered to clean it but I didn’t want to wait.

First day of sale and some items not had been order through the store and they never recieved them. So out of stock of saleitems

The merchandise are too pricy.

I walked in the store and was next to be assisted. I was acknowledged by an associate on the floor another customer came on and was helped before me. An associatie from the back came out she did not know that I was next to be helped however the associatie on the floor knew but said nothing. Very dissapointing.
