The person assisted me was very patient and very professional. Allowed me to try different ones until I found the ones I like and the perfect fit.

While the selection was pretty good, I just wish there was more to choose from.

The sales associate was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I can tell she tried her best to help me the whole time.

The experience in the store was excellent, however I am currently missing one of the locks from my bracelet after I had put the charm on in the store, I hope to find it there when I go back

I just think you where short staffed because it took awhile to get help because they were helping someone else. I would of at least liked someone to let me know the saw me and will be with me in a minute. Also it’s almoat impossible to move around the store with a stroller. Other then that everything was good.

I am satisfied with the quality of Pandora. It's good because it doesn't have a joint. And I liked the point that the staff explained to me about the Warranty.
