I waited because associates were serving other customer. But it’s ok I didn’t wait that long.

Store manager seems to instantly appear from the back office as soon as a Black person enters the store. I've experienced this twice. I've only visited this store twice. Highly discriminatory!!

Had to wait 1 hour to get in the store , the selection of merchandise was not good and I miss informed of some of the charms prices that I purchased

I was very satisfied. I signed up for a Pandora card without understanding all of the conditions. If they explained more to me I would be highly satisfied. However I still loved the products I purchased and the ladies were very sweet.

Store is small. If it’s packed the line would be long outside. Light is too bright.
