The sale lady, Flora asked what I am looking for and recommended a couple of merchandise to let me pick. After I purchased four gifts, she asked what she should wrote down at the bottom of the bag, so I don't need to reopen it again. Also now the more styles let customers to choose.

The associate, Sanah C., was very nice and very helpful in figuring out bracelet size for a gift I was purchasing.

This one was my first exchange product in Pandora, no problem at all with it just it’s was to big. They help to choose the right size for me.

overall everything is ok except the store manager was rushing us, saying we took too long, and there's another customer waiting. really bad store manager. and I bought this problem up to shift lead Jennifer she's very nice and patience. Jennifer should be the store manager.

The lady that helped us was very friendly and helpful. She was able to see what my likes were and brought me other products with similar looks. She was quick to bring me options & different sizes depending on the making.
