The sale associate was very helpful and patient with me. She showed me ALL the things I wanted to see, and kinda clued in to what was interesting to me and showed me even more things, that I also LOVED. She was friendly, and just high level of customer service - but NOT at all phony or pushy (pushy sales people are so annoying).

I was able to find each charm I was looking for. I also found a few to get another time. Got new ideas for family too.

All items I came in for were in stock, associates were very friendly and took out all charms I needed. The whole transaction process was very smooth and fast.

They worked together as a team to help me find all the new Disney items and even told me that their was a free clutch bag promotion if I purchased $125 worth of Disney items. They where very engaging and friendly I will forever come back to work with either of them.

The sales Associate name An n was the best Associate I have ever meet in the Pandora store I'm a Pandora lover so she has told me several l tips and also the best way to put them she was awesome I'll go and see her again I wish she can be in all the Pandora stores :)

The store is always to clean and inviting. You are always greeted promptly. The ladies are so friendly.
